For the rest of the world, the same accessory must be considered to be of the “racing” type, i.e. designed for competition vehicles used only on closed racetracks. It is forbidden by law to use the bike outside of closed racetracks with this accessory installed and therefore it is not allowed to install the accessory on bikes intended for road use.
