If your battery is hard to reach, we offer our RE-START REMOTE accessory to activate the built-in jump starting without having to remove your seat or side panels. Simply plug in the RE-START REMOTE into your existing SAE Charging Pigtail and turn on/off to activate the RE-START feature and start the vehicle. The AT12BS-HD-RS is an extremely lightweight and high-power Lithium-Ion replacement battery for the heavy lead/acid YT12-BS battery found in many Motorcycles and Powersport Vehicles. The AT12BS-HD-RS offers the first FULL Battery Management System (BMS) found on a Powersport Battery and includes low-voltage cut-off, over-discharge protections, over-charge protections, and thermal protections with real-time lithium-ion cell balancing. Over-charge protection will not protect against a faulty/old Voltage Regulator spiking hi-voltages to the battery. If you have a Pre-1990s Motorcycle, replace your voltage regulator.
